Experiential Learning
True learning needs more that just information. ReSource facilitates learning through visits, activities, worship, discussion and storytelling, creating an environment where everyone can learn in a way that relates to them.
Mission
ReSource is about
discovering God's missional heartbeat and living with it in the emerging culture. How do we fit into God's mission? Who is with us in our specific vision? How do we relate to the bigger picture?
Context
As we come together from
a variety of situations we can step back, analyse and redefine what we do. But the focus of our learning is always to get back out and develop church locally.
Equipment
Church is not about theory
or clever models, it is about people relating to God and to each other. ReSource aims to equip you to do church, taking theory off the board and into life. We help you to develop leadership qualities and
catch hold of valuable
skills.
Ideas Exchange
ReSource brings together people from different churches and organisations; collectively we represent a breadth of experience. We'll examine the theology and practice from both a mission and pastoral perspective taking a broad look at church in the
emerging culture.
Telling Tales
Stories are more telling than theories and force us to apply ideas to genuine situations.
Stories from individuals and communities are the backbone of Resource training. They help us to relate and think through our actions.
